According to the news on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on December 3, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Fourteenth Five-Year Plan for Industrial Green Development". The iron and steel industry implement technical and equipment transformations as a  plan proposes,such as fine desulfurization for coke oven gas, high-proportion pellet smelting, coking negative pressure distillation, and optimization of the entire coking process. In 2025,  It will complete the ultra-low emission transformation of 530 million tons of steel production capacity , the clean production transformation of 460 million tons of coking capacity.

V-industriji barvnih kovin, uvedba visoko{1}}tehnologije raztapljanja in zmanjševanja rdečega blata v industriji aluminijevega oksida, kratko-taljenje in neprekinjeno taljenje v industriji taljenja bakra, visoko{3}}čista elektroliza in izpiranje kisika pod pritiskom v industriji taljenja cinka ter vertikalno zmanjšanje magnezija v industriji taljenja magnezija ter drugih tehnologijah in preoblikovanju opreme. Do leta 2025 bo dokončana transformacija čiste proizvodnje za 4 000 peči barvnih-kovin
